We deliver throughout Australia, New Zealand and the rest the world with FREE Delivery offered in Australia and New Zealand for orders over $100AUD.

Many of our products are classed as 'big and bulky' and must go by pallet. Our system is designed to virtually build a pallet so we can ensure safe delivery of your order. 

For all other countries, delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on what's in your basket and your geographical location. This information will be added to your basket so you can review before purchasing.

Many of our items are shipped from non-local depots centralised for ease of access to multi countries. This approach also means we can offer 0% Tax purchases to Australian & New Zealand customers however you may have duties and/or taxes to pay on arrival. Delivery may take longer in the following instances:

• You have ordered multiple items with different individual dispatch times, in most cases we try to consolidate all products before shipping

• Your order has to be delivered via Pallet

• You have ordered a bespoke or custom order item

• It is a Bank or National Holiday period

• Your order has to be delivered on pallet

You can check your order status (and Tracking information) using the below button, noting the following Order Status Terminology:

• Processing Order: You order has been received

• Awaiting Dispatch: Your order has been packed and labelled ready to ship

• Awaiting Stock: Your order is inbound from one of our European Depots

We aim to ship all our orders via Road or Air Freight in either parcel or pallet form. If a product is larger than 120x100cm in its disassembled state we may have to send via Sea freight which can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. In these rare cases we always contact you first!

We ship all our orders under 'Incoterms 2010 - DAP' model to your doorstep, duties and taxes unpaid.
